In the degenerate age of the five hundred, people are unruly, Due to past, present, self, and other circumstances, there is no leisure, Those who have no time to practice and have little perseverance, If the power of mantras is delayed, This supreme path of skillful means for engaging mantras, May it be the fortune of future followers! ས་མ་ཡཱ (Tibetan, Devanagari: समय, Romanized Sanskrit: samaya, Literal meaning: Samaya)! རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: gyagya gya, Literal meaning: Seal seal seal)! On a wide sheet of paper, write the life wheel of the Eight Classes of beings, And the general guidelines of the Heruka's command wheel. First is the wheel of Heruka: With six auspicious substances and the five amritas, Draw three concentric circles on a wide sheet of paper, In the center, write the syllable ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), may the life of the yidam deity be obtained! May the four activities be spontaneously accomplished, may the power of the Dharma protectors be obtained and the key points grasped! Therefore, write the root mantra on the circle, Therefore, on the wide circle, within each of the eight spokes, within each circle, in the center of the six spokes, write ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum)! On the spokes, write vajra, ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), raksha, ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), yaksha, ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum)! On the outside, write 'All dharmas arise from causes' and 'Increase of desires'! Those who have previously vowed to be Dharma protectors and guardians of the land, and who fulfill their vows according to the Dharma, please accomplish the entrusted activities without delay! After that, on the circle, draw a circle within each of the eight spokes, in the center of the four spokes, in the eight directions from the east, write in the four directions: ཨ་ཡ་མ་དུ! In the four corners write: རུ་ཙ་ཤ་ན, and on each of the four spokes, on the four spokes in the east write: deva raksha!

【English Translation】 To the east, Yama Raksha; to the west, Matrak Raksha; to the north, Prama Raksha; to the southeast, Asho Raksha; to the southwest, Ratsa Raksha; to the northwest, Yakya Raksha; to the northeast, Naga Raksha. The outer layer reads, 'Ye Dharma (藏文：ཡེ་དྷརྨཱ་，梵文天城體：ये धर्मा，梵文羅馬擬音：ye dharma，漢語字面意思：諸法) and entrust the desired activities.' All protectors belonging to the race of gods and following them, and all those who follow them, without transgressing the command and oath, accomplish the activities without hindrance! Close the wheel inscribed with these words, making sure the top and bottom are not reversed, tie it with five-colored threads, place it inside a skull with auspicious signs, and place it under the Yeshe Rabbar (智慧烈焰) practice torma. The practitioner, with a complete generation stage, invites and dissolves the wisdom deity in front, all the eight classes of spirits, and those belonging to their race and following them, gather their power and dissolve it into their essence. In this way, the eight classes of spirits will not be hostile, and bestow the torma of the practitioner's oath. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! May the fierce life-force lord protect! Treasure seal! Hidden seal! Profound seal! Secret seal! Powerful seal! Seal seal seal! This is the content from the yellow paper brought from Namchen Drakkar (地名，意為大黑巖). The writing was purified by Vajradhara (金剛持) Longchen Nyingtik (龍欽娘提) who resides on the throne piled up by the eight classes of gods and demons, and the writer is Tashi Lodro (扎西洛珠). There is an oral instruction for this: If the activities of the Dharma protector are not complete, then add a circle to the outside of the Dharma protector's wheel, and write its essence within it.
