Relying on the Great Bliss White Mother, if you wish to accomplish longevity and wisdom, prepare the substances of immortal life, and offer as much torma and tsok as possible. Visualize yourself as the deity, clear and stable. In your heart, there is Amitayus (Buddha of Limitless Life), white and radiant, like an increasing long-life vase. Its own light is the Sambhogakaya form embracing the consort, blazing with the splendor of marks and signs. In the center of its heart, there is skillful means and wisdom, in the center of the combined sun and moon gau box, there is the white syllable HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：啥) of union, surrounded by mantras, radiating light. The life force of oneself, which has been cut off and weakened, and the essence of samsara and nirvana, dissolve into the form of immortal nectar into the syllable BAM (藏文：བཾ་，梵文天城體：वं，梵文羅馬擬音：vaṃ，漢語字面意思：瓦姆), accomplishing the vajra wisdom life. From the mirror-like wisdom, the form of the mudra naturally arises, the Great Bliss White Mother, the deity of long life, together with a vast retinue of hundreds of thousands, I supplicate with one-pointed devotion, please bestow great power of compassion and samaya, send forth messengers and emanations pervading the sky, gather the life force of myself and others that has been cut off and weakened, and the essence of the life of samsara and nirvana, condense it into the form of immortal nectar, infuse it into myself and the substances of practice, restore the cut off and weakened life force to its original state, the immutable vajra body, the indestructible innate life, the continuous and eternal, bestow the great wisdom accomplishment! After urging with the mantra: AH! May the essence of existence and peace dissolve into the indestructible life force deity in the center of the heart, and may the innate life be accomplished, unmoving, by sealing it with vajra armor! Mantra: Jñana Vajra Raksha Raksha Bhrum! If you want to obtain your own accomplishment, or to bestow the empowerment of life to others, then bathe, dispel obstacles, visualize the protection wheel, offer a mandala and pray: HO! Possessing the light of great bliss wisdom, the glorious lama inseparable from the all-pervading Vajrayogini, please bestow the supreme empowerment of life and wisdom! Purify the mindstream, generate the deity, bestow great blessings, urge for long life and pray for accomplishment. Then, place the increasing substance on the crown of the head: OM! By bestowing the empowerment of the Sugata's long life, the unchanging and eternal wisdom body, may all the obscurations of the body be purified!

The wisdom speech of unceasing Nada, through the empowerment of Padma longevity, May all obscurations of speech be purified, may I accomplish the indivisible Vajra speech! Vāka abhiṣiñca āḥ! Place the pill at the heart and grant it, Hūṃ! The clear light, the innate wisdom mind, through the empowerment of Vajra longevity, May all obscurations of mind be purified, may I accomplish the all-pervading Vajra mind! Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Thus, receive the empowerment and accomplishment, With nectar filling the body's interior, longevity and supreme wisdom are accomplished, The pure essence dissolves into the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍) at the heart center, Think of obtaining the indivisible Vajra life, seal with words of truth, Recite auspicious words and scatter flowers, thereby pacifying untimely death, May life, merit, and wisdom increase!
