TSCHINDHA TSCHINDHA HUM PHAT.' Purify with 'OM SVABHAVA SHUDDHAH SARVA DHARMAH SVABHAVA SHUDDHO 'HAM.' In the center of the action vase, upon a lotus, sun disc, and crossed vajra, visualize Amrita Kundali, dark blue-black in color, yellow on the right, and smoky on the left. With six arms, the first two hands stir a red skull cup with a vajra. The middle two hands threaten with a crossed staff mudra. The last two hands hold a wrathful kīla. The exhaled breath is dark blue-black, with a consort entwined on the left, the right hand embracing, and the left hand holding a red conch shell.
