【現代漢語翻譯】 《馬頭明王（Tamdin）與金剛手（Chakdor）等之教敕口誦》 《馬頭明王（Tamdin）與金剛手（Chakdor）等之教敕口誦》。于持咒傳承的唸誦之後，根本傳承的上師聖眾，本尊佛陀菩薩空行護法等一切聖眾，尤其祈請此處的諸位本尊神眾，加持金剛弟子眾等，平息所有疾病、邪魔、罪障、違緣、不順，增上一切順緣、善妙功德。特別祈請，對於損害、惱害金剛弟子眾等的上曜、邪魔、星宿，下曜、龍族、地神，中曜、魔、贊、嘉波、惡鬼、部多等一切損害，祈請立即平息、斷除。總而言之，在未證得菩提之前，祈請守護、救護、廕庇。最後，加持與吉祥祝願，如散花般，唸誦蘇巴拉底斯塔（सुप्रतिष्ठ，supratiṣṭha，善安住）之咒，以及吉祥祝願即可。
【English Translation】 Oral Recitation of the Mandates of Hayagriva (Tamdin) and Vajrapani (Chakdor), etc. Oral Recitation of the Mandates of Hayagriva (Tamdin) and Vajrapani (Chakdor), etc. Following the recitation of the mantra lineage, the root and lineage of the holy gurus, the yidam Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Dakinis, and Dharma protectors, and in particular, the deities specifically invoked here, bless these Vajra disciples to pacify all illnesses, evil spirits, sins, obstacles, and unfavorable circumstances, and to increase and expand all favorable conditions and virtuous qualities. In particular, may all harm from upper influences, evil spirits, planets, and stars; lower influences, nagas, and earth lords; and intermediate influences, maras, tsen spirits, gyalpo spirits, evil spirits, and bhutas, which harm and injure these Vajra disciples, be pacified and eliminated immediately. In short, until enlightenment is attained, may they be protected, saved, and concealed. Finally, the empowerment and auspicious words are sufficient with just the mantra of Supratistha (सुप्रतिष्ठ，supratiṣṭha，well established) as if scattering flowers, and auspicious words.
