For the sake of having wisdom and intelligence, there are three methods of practicing the Guru: preliminary, main practice, and subsequent practice. One face, two arms, sitting in vajra posture, body color white, wearing a silk hat. Adorned with precious jewels and Utpala garlands, the right hand makes the sound of a skull drum, the left hand holds a lotus bowl filled with nectar, with a smiling face, possessing a peaceful demeanor. Residing in the center of rainbow five-colored light, thinking of distributing nectar to all. In the center of the white lotus with four petals in the heart, HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit: HRIH, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, HRIH) white light radiates, pervading the ten directions. Thinking that the rain of Dharma nectar falls. Then recite the secret essence mantra seven hundred thousand times: Om Vajra Guru Jnana Prajna Siddhi Hum Hrih!
