【現代漢語翻譯】 大寶伏藏TD2025：無量壽佛修法，依仗擦擦（Tsa Tsa）以增延壽命之口訣 頂禮薄伽梵怙主無量壽（Tshe dpag med）！ 欲修持怙主無量壽者：于空性中，自身觀為無量壽佛，身紅色，一面二臂，結禪定印，其上手持甘露寶瓶，雙足跏趺坐，具光之背襯，安住于日月蓮花座上。於心間月輪上，由「舍(hrīḥ)」（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：種子字）放光，迎請所有善逝之壽命成就降臨。唸誦：嗡 班匝 阿育 瑟 吽 班仲 尼 匝（Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ）。盡力唸誦，並觀想獲得壽命成就。之後，本尊化光融入，于無緣光明空性中禪修。如是觀修本尊，則得長壽，且於命終后， निश्चित（梵文，一定）往生極樂凈土，于無量光佛之剎土。 薩瑪雅！嘉嘉嘉！（Samaya! Gya Gya Gya!） 頂禮薄伽梵怙主無量壽！ 為息滅惡緣障礙，及遣除非時橫死之口訣，擦擦之安立法：首先發起殊勝菩提心，自身觀為無量壽佛之瑜伽士，掘取凈土， 製成泥土，唸誦二十一遍「嗡 阿 吽（Oṃ āḥ hūṃ）」，加持為五寶。于擦擦內藏入以黃金或硃砂、藏紅花書寫之心咒：嗡 班匝 阿育 瑟 吽 班仲 尼 匝（Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ）。唸誦：嗡 班匝 阿育 瑟 吽 班仲 尼 匝 班匝 惹那 嘎尼嘎 梭哈（Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ vajra ratna kanika svāhā）。安立之，觀想外為五寶所成之佛塔，內為紅蓮花所成之宮殿，怙主無量壽攜眷屬安住其中。開光時，唸誦：嗡 班匝 阿育 瑟 吽 班仲 尼 匝 班匝 薩瑪雅 匝（Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ vajra samaya jaḥ）。觀想從極樂凈土，無量壽佛降臨融入擦擦中，直至輪迴未空之際，利益有情，且於未壞損前安住。于青稞上唸誦緣起咒，散花，誦吉祥偈。獻五供。之後，擦擦不應超過一百個。
【English Translation】 Great Treasure Trove TD2025: The practice of the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus, relying on Tsa Tsas, along with the oral instructions for extending life. Homage to the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus! For those who wish to practice the Protector Amitayus: From emptiness, visualize oneself as Amitayus, with a red-colored body, one face, and two arms in meditative equipoise, holding an elixir vase on the palms. Seated in vajra posture, with a backdrop of light, residing on a sun and moon lotus seat. At the heart, on a moon disc, from 'hrīḥ' (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：seed syllable) radiate light, invoking all the Sugatas to bestow the accomplishment of life. Recite: Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ. Recite as much as possible, and contemplate receiving the accomplishment of life. Afterward, the deity dissolves into light, meditate in the unconditioned clear emptiness. By practicing the deity in this way, one will have a long life, and upon death, one will definitely be reborn in the pure land of Sukhavati, in the realm of Amitabha. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Homage to the Bhagavan Protector Amitayus! The oral instruction for pacifying bad omens and obstacles, and averting untimely death, the ritual for establishing Tsa Tsas: First, generate the supreme Bodhicitta, visualize oneself as the yogi of Amitayus, excavate pure earth, Make clay, and bless it into five precious substances by reciting 'Oṃ āḥ hūṃ' twenty-one times. Inside the Tsa Tsa, insert the heart mantra written with gold or vermilion, saffron: Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ. Recite: Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ vajra ratna kanika svāhā. Establish it, and visualize the outer as a stupa made of five precious substances, the inner as a palace made of red lotus, where the Protector Amitayus resides with his retinue. During the consecration, recite: Oṃ vajra āyuṣe hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ vajra samaya jaḥ. Visualize that from the pure land of Sukhavati, Amitayus descends and dissolves into the Tsa Tsa, benefiting sentient beings until samsara is empty, and residing until it is not destroyed by arising harm. On barley, recite the essence of dependent origination, scatter flowers, and recite auspicious verses. Offer the five offerings. Afterward, the Tsa Tsas should not exceed one hundred.
ལ་བའི་སར་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ༔ དེ་ལྟར་དུ་བྱས་ན་གནས་སྐབས་སུ་རྐྱེན་དང་བར་ཆད་མཐའ་དག་ཞི་བ་དང་༔ མཐར་ཐུག་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ནས༔ ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག་པའི་ས་ལ་གནས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ༔ ཚེ་གཟུངས་ལ་ཡི་དམ་བྱའོ༔ ཨྠྀི་༔ ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་སཱཙྪ་དང་བཅས་པ༔ མཁོ་མཐིང་ལྷ་ཁང་གི་རྣམ་སྣང་ཕྱག་མཐེབ་ནས་གུ་རུ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ 48-38-2b གིས་བཏོན་པའོ། །ལས་འཕྲོ་ཅན་དང་འཕྲད་པར་ཤོག །ས་མ་ཡ། ཤུ་བྷྃ།། །།
【現代漢語翻譯】 祈請安住于蓮座之上。如是行持，則暫時一切災難與障礙皆得平息，最終得以往生極樂凈土，住于不退轉之地。壽命灌頂之修法，當依本尊而行。阿底。此乃包含壽命修法擦擦，由咕嚕秋吉旺秋（Guru Chokyi Wangchuk）尊者，于མཁོ་མཐིང་ལྷ་ཁང་（Mkhothing Lhakhang，地名）之རྣམ་སྣང་ཕྱག་མཐེབ་（Namnang Chakteb，地名）處取出。愿與具緣者相遇。薩瑪雅。 শুভম্（Śubham，吉祥）。
【English Translation】 Please be seated upon the lotus seat. By doing so, all temporary calamities and obstacles will be pacified, and ultimately, one will be born in the Pure Land of Sukhavati (the Land of Bliss), abiding in the state of non-retrogression. The practice of longevity empowerment should be performed according to the Yidam deity. Ati. This, including the Tsa-tsa of longevity practice, was revealed by Guru Chokyi Wangchuk from Namnang Chakteb of Mkhothing Lhakhang. May it meet with those who have karmic connections. Samaya. Śubham (Auspicious).
