Hūṃ! I beseech the yidam, the lord of the victorious mandala, the all-powerful wisdom Great Garuda, to bestow upon me the blessing empowerment in accordance with the tradition! Both the master and disciple visualize themselves as Garudas. Samaya stvam! (Samaya stvam, Vow, you) Thus recite and scatter flowers! Indicate the mandala with Hūṃ and Phaṭ. With the mudras of the five Great Garudas, touching the five places, transform into samaya water. Proclaim the Samaya Vow! Oṃ buddha vajra ratna padma karma samaya ā ā (Oṃ buddha vajra ratna padma karma samaya ā ā, Om, Buddha, Vajra, Jewel, Lotus, Karma, Vow, Ah, Ah)! Then place the vase on the crown of the head: Hūṃ! The vase is a precious palace, blessed by the five families of Garudas, it is the wisdom vase water that eliminates all suffering, bestowing empowerment! Om Buddha Nama Abhishinca Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བྷུདྡྷ་ནཱམ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：ओम् बुद्ध नाम अभिषिञ्च हੂੰ，梵文羅馬擬音：Om Buddha Nama Abhishinca Hum， 嗡，佛之名，灌頂，吽). Ho! Through the empowerment of the Great Garuda, Nagas, Yakshas, Gandharvas, Earth Lords, Nyen spirits, elemental spirits, and the harm of burning will not be able to attack.
