She rides a tigress and is surrounded by retinues of nagas, yakshas, and demonesses. I invoke, offer, host, and dedicate! Furthermore, I invoke, offer, host, and dedicate to the heroes of the three sacred sites, the dakinis, the hundred thousand steadfast mothers who protect Tibet, along with their attendants, executors, and arrogant retinues! Within the vast skull cup like the expanse of the earth, there are beautiful torma arrangements like Mount Meru. Having blessed them into nectar through mantras and mudras, the oath of the great treasure guardian and retinue is fulfilled. I beseech the protectors and their retinues to consider me. You possess the wisdom eye of great wisdom. I, controlled by ignorance, with body, speech, and mind, whatever faults I have committed, I beseech you to forgive. Regarding meager offerings, lack of essence, mixing of leftovers, incomplete samaya substances, negligence in recitation and practice, etc. All actions that contradict the hearts of the protectors and their retinues, I beseech you to forgive, I beseech you to grant purity, I beseech you to bless purity. bhyaḥ (भयः, bhayaḥ, fear). 【English Translation】 རྒྱུག་ཤ་ར་ར༔ (gyug sha ra ra) Run, Sha Ra! དགའ་ན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་མཁའ་ལ་སྐྱིལ༔ (ga' na rgya mtsho mkha' la skyil) If pleased, fling the ocean into the sky! ཁྲོས་ན་ཉི་ཟླ་ཐང་ལ་འབེབ༔ (khros na nyi zla thang la 'beb) If angered, strike the sun and moon to the ground! རྦད་ན་རི་རབ་ཕྱེ་མར་འཐག༔ (rbad na ri rab phye mar 'thag) If cursing, grind Mount Meru into powder! དེ་འདྲའི་མཐུ་རྩལ་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཅན༔ (de 'dra'i mthu rtsal rdzu 'phrul can) Those with such power, ability, and miraculous powers! ལྟས་དང་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་སྣ་ཚོགས་པས༔ (ltas dang cho 'phrul sna tshogs pas) With various omens and illusions, འཇིགས་ཤིང་སྐྲགས་ནས་སྤ་བཀོང་ལ༔ ('jigs shing skrags nas spa bkong la) Frighten and terrify them, make them lose their courage! ལོ་དང་ཟླ་བར་མ་བཞག་པར༔ (lo dang zla bar ma bzhag par) Without regard for years or months, སྙིང་ཁྲག་དྲོན་མོ་མྱུར་དུ་ཐུངས༔ (snying khrag dron mo myur du thungs) Quickly drink their warm heart's blood! ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ་བརླག་པར་གྱིས༔ (da lta nyid du brlag par gyis) Destroy them immediately! གདུག་ཅན་དམ་ཉམས་དགྲ་བོ་འདི༔ (gdug can dam nyams dgra bo 'di) This malicious, oath-breaking enemy, གཉེན་འཁོར་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཀུན་དང་ཕྲོལ༔ (gnyen 'khor phun tshogs kun dang phrol) Separate them from all their prosperous relatives and retinue! སྐྱོབ་པའི་ལྷ་དཔོན་རྣམས་དང་ཕྱེས༔ (skyob pa'i lha dpon rnams dang phyes) Separate them from all their protecting deities! ཟས་ནོར་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཉམས་སུ་ཆུག༔ (zas nor longs spyod nyams su chug) Cause their food, wealth, and enjoyment to decline! བདུན་རྒྱུད་ཚུན་ཆད་བརླག་པར་གྱིས༔ (bdun rgyud tshun chad brlag par gyis) Destroy them down to the seventh generation! བཅོལ་པའི་ལས་འདི་མ་བསྒྲུབ་ན༔ (bcol pa'i las 'di ma bsgrub na) If you do not accomplish this entrusted task, པད་འབྱུང་བདག་གི་བཀའ་དང་འགལ༔ (pad 'byung bdag gi bka' dang 'gal) You will violate the command of Padmasambhava (Padma-byung, Lotus Born)! རང་གི་དམ་ཚིག་ཁས་བླངས་ཉམས༔ (rang gi dam tshig khas blangs nyams) You will break your own vows! རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རེ་བ་བཅད༔ (rig 'dzin rnams kyi re ba bcad) You will cut off the hopes of the Vidyadharas! དེ་བས་དམ་ཚིག་མ་གཡེལ་བར༔ (de bas dam tshig ma gyel bar) Therefore, do not neglect your vows! བཅོལ་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་མྱུར་དུ་སྒྲུབས༔ (bcol pa'i phrin las myur du sgrubs) Quickly accomplish the entrusted task! 【English Translation】 This is the order of offering and activity for the great protector Dorje Shokgokma (Dorje Shokgokma). It was composed by the great master Padmasambhava for the sake of the translator Vairochana and the Dharma King Trisong Detsen. Later, for the benefit of sentient beings in the degenerate age, it was concealed as a treasure in the arrow of Drigung Drog, on the hillside of Mount Rinchen Pungpa, in the secret cave of Uddiyana. It was unearthed by the incarnate great treasure revealer Sherab Ozer. It was clearly transcribed from yellow paper at Phyingbar Taktse, the great palace where the descendants of the Zahor royal family resided, a place where all auspiciousness gathers. May all be auspicious! Great Dharma protectors and retinues, please accept this pleasing Torma. Protect all the necessities and enjoyments of us yogis and our retinues. Please accomplish the activity of subduing all beings beneath the earth, on the earth, and above the earth, bringing them under our control!
