【English Translation】 Healers and Vidyadharas (knowledge holders), please come here from the place of accomplishment. Nectar medicine... Brahma and Indra, Lokapalas (world protectors), etc., gods and nagas who are the lords of medicine, please come here from the place of joy. Nectar medicine... The Seven White Mothers, etc., gods who travel through the twelve hours, please come here from the realm of accomplishment. Nectar medicine... Those who have seen the face of the Victorious One, protectors of the teachings, gods and nagas who protect the white side, please come here from your respective abodes. Nectar medicine, gather the essence. Three Roots, Dharma protectors, and local deities, yogis invoke you with devotion. Light, smoke, melodious sound, fragrance, and appearances as goddesses, etc., quickly show signs and omens. Bestow great and wondrous siddhis (accomplishments). Pulverize obstacles and interfering forces. Cut off those who seek opportunities to harm. Transform the five poisons into the five wisdoms. Bless all appearances as nectar. May the desires of the three realms be purified into the five desirable qualities. The supreme substance of accomplishment, Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ，Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत，Sanskrit Romanization: amrita, Literal meaning: Immortality). It is the source of the arising of two kinds of accomplishments. Accomplish the essence of samsara and nirvana. We are the holders of your lineage, and when we open the secret mandala, we pray that you bestow the siddhis that are in your heart for the benefit of beings.' In the temple of Orgyen Heruka (Wrathful form of Padmasambhava) in the snowy mountains, for the welfare of the Tibetan people, according to the command of Gyalwang Karmapa (the Karmapa) and the Tsesho Lhengye of the Government Rinpoche (Regent), thirty people, through the door of the heart essence of Magical Net Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོར་སེམས，Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसत्त्व，Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasattva, Literal meaning: Diamond Being), initially performed the great accomplishment of nectar medicine, at which time signs of the emergence of power appeared.
