From the Complete Secrets of the Eight Commands, the Activity Manual for Accomplishing Nectar Medicine. Supreme of the Great, Complete in Qualities, I prostrate to the Supreme Nectar. Now, the activity manual for accomplishing the complete sacred substances, the nectar medicine, will be explained: As it says in the Tantra: 'The five roots of the sacred substance nectar, if practiced according to one's own tradition, are supreme; the Emanation Nectar is the main abundance; general and specific are established separately; king, ministers, retinue, outer, inner, secret; activities, oath-keeping, obstacle removal; qualities, supreme fruits, common accomplishment.' This is taught through nine meanings. That is, with what necessity is it explained? And where is the great excrement of Emanation placed, and the general accomplishment of the five nectars is shown? And the individual nature of each is shown? And the combination of great excrement, king, ministers, and common people is shown? And it is shown to be accomplished in outer, inner, and secret? And the combination of different activities is shown? And the keeping of vows is shown? And the removal of obstacles is shown? And the qualities of enjoying the accomplished nectar are shown? First, the necessity of accomplishing the nectar is: to accomplish the completion of the five wisdoms, and if one practices according to one's own tradition, taking the five families (Buddha family, Vajra family, Ratna family, Padma family, Karma family) as the objects of the five vows, then the benefits and power are immeasurable; and if one accomplishes it as in the case of great accomplishments, then one achieves the supreme distinction; and in order not to transform ordinary thoughts, these combinations are indeed of great significance. Second, the general accomplishment combination of the five nectars is shown: The five nectars should be gathered by someone who pleases the lama, has complete empowerment, has vows, has asceticism, and has diligence, that is, it should be accomplished when the energy of the four elements (earth, water, fire, wind) is increasing and the herbs are growing in a balanced temperature; the great excrement of the lama, siddha, and one who holds the precepts, what one adds oneself is the material for the great excrement nectar; the material for the seventh generation king's young son, pure and fleshy; the brain and bodhicitta of oneself and the lama, a boy of sixteen; the rakta and mula of the lama's consort or a pure female disciple who has vows; the five urines of the lama, parents, oneself, and children over eight years old should be accumulated, and the amount to be combined is: six bre of nectar, one handful of human flesh, one handful of rakta, half of each of gorocana and white bodhicitta, and five urines.

Furthermore, take nectar essence, poison blood, rat meat, fox, wolf, the blood, flesh, and bones of a leper, bone ashes, copper, iron, and stone powder, black and white mustard seeds, lime, potash, thunderbolt iron, powder of the five precious gems, soil from a crossroads, soil from a riverbank, soil from a snow mountain, soil from a stupa, castoreum, beeswax, large fat, large meat, horse penis, black musk, black and white sesame seeds, cumin, black and white guggul, the excrement of wolves, foxes, and bats, hail water, snow water, and human urine. Mix these well and place them in a white porcelain bowl or skull. Consuming this will ripen and perfect the body, making the bones hard, the teeth tight, causing new teeth to grow, and ultimately accomplishing the Vajra family. For seven lifetimes, take the excellent large meat of a young Bodhisattva, mix it with water, choose an auspicious time, separate the meat from the bones, dry it thoroughly, and grind it finely. Add ten srangs of butter, mix with three containers of milk and three containers of butter, and boil until the water is completely evaporated and it does not burn. Pour it into a gau box and consume it at dawn. This is the best nourishment. When consumed together, both men and women will have strong bodies and remain youthful. Carefully separate the flesh and fat of someone who died suddenly, without soaking it, cut it into slices about an inch thick, and dry it on a copper plate to drain the blood. Do the same with the meat of horses, dogs, and cattle, dry it, and mix it with flour to make tsampa or dough. Eat as much as you like. This will cure leprosy and wind disorders.

Place the urine of yourself and children under eight years old in a pottery container to cool, mix with water blessed with nectar, add: Six excellent medicines, Musk, Haritaki, grind into powder and add, then pour into two pottery containers, fill them up, after one night, in the morning, tilt the upper container and drink, bathe, tilt the lower container and discard the residue. This will make you radiant, able to resist poison and plague, in the next life, you will achieve the supreme Karma lineage! The fourth point is excrement, used jointly by the king, ministers, and the people. The teaching is: What is the king-like formula? In the occasions of common practice of the root, take good nectar and make it about the size of a thumb, do not let it rot or freeze, dry it and grind it, mix it with honey and urine, add: Six excellent medicines, Musk, Haritaki, also add excrement. Also add three fruits and three hot medicines, add according to the situation, make it about the size of a thumb joint, dry it until there is no moisture, put it into a good pottery bottle that matches the essence, place a brick sieve on the neck of the bottle, put human hair on it, on a square pit, put a clean pottery inside, pour a Pul of urine, cover it with a brick with a hole in the middle, put the big bottle on top, seal it carefully with clay, cover it completely with soil, surround the bottom of the upper pottery with black heavy objects, surround the outside with thin soil, burn it with fire, do not burn it to ashes, before this, perform Ganachakra, sprinkle water, worship the local deities, make vows, recite scriptures, light the fire, after it cools to ashes, open it in order, apply corpse oil on the top, apply nectar ghee on the bottom, the essence like wine in the middle can be enjoyed. 【English Translation】 Surely it will be accomplished. The individual and distinct methods of accomplishment, will manifest prophecies and other supernormal knowledges, the merits are inconceivable. ' Thus it is said, practicing the merits of nectar, I, Orgyen (Ujjayini, meaning Victorious), have gathered from all the tantras, leaving it for the fortunate virtuous ones of future generations, may I meet with those who are wise, intelligent, and compassionate.
