Raining down sharp and terrifying weapons like rain, reducing enemies, obstacles, harm-doers, and curses to dust. 【English Translation】 If the lineage of vows is invoked, may the demonic hordes of the western Dragon Kings be turned back, and may enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be reduced to dust! Hūṃ! By the method of attachment, mastering the methods, like a lotus unstained by the mud of saṃsāra. To that body blazing with pure desire and power, I prostrate and praise the Wrathful King, the Lord of Wrath! I offer the offerings of samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma. If the lineage of vows is invoked from the invisible realm, may the demonic hordes of the northwestern wind gods be turned back, and may enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be reduced to dust! Hūṃ! Body, speech, and mind united, nectar swirling, the supreme medicine that transforms the three poisons into nectar. Benefiting beings with nectar-like power, I prostrate and praise the Wrathful King, the Swirling Nectar! I offer the offerings of samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma. If the lineage of vows is invoked from the invisible realm, may the demonic hordes of the northern yakshas be turned back, and may enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be reduced to dust! Hūṃ! The yoga master, Samantabhadra, whose blessings are established at the peak of the three realms. Upon the unmoving wisdom vajra rock, light swirling, accomplishing the benefit and happiness. I prostrate and praise the Wrathful King, the Lord of the Three Realms! I offer the offerings of samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma. If the lineage of vows is invoked from the invisible realm, may the demonic hordes of the northeastern powerful ones be turned back, and may enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be reduced to dust! Hūṃ! Wrathful King, the terrifying Hūṃkāra (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ར，梵文天城體：हुम्कार，梵文羅馬擬音：humkara，漢語字面意思：吽字)! Adorned with garlands of sun, moon, planets, and stars, the sparks of wisdom blaze in the ten directions. He dispels the darkness of the three realms, I prostrate and praise the Wrathful King, the Hūṃ-performing body! I offer the offerings of samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma. If the lineage of vows is invoked from the invisible realm, may the demonic hordes of the upper gods be turned back, and may enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be reduced to dust! Hūṃ! Manifesting as the blazing body of the unstained lotus, he destroys the demonic hordes of the evil guides. Liberating beings from saṃsāra to the supreme state, I prostrate and praise the Wrathful King, the Swirling Lotus! I offer the offerings of samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma. If the lineage of vows is invoked from the invisible realm, may the demonic hordes of the lower nāgas be turned back, and may enemies, obstacles, and harm-doers be reduced to dust! Hūṃ! In the secret maṇḍala of the great powerful Sugata, the heroes and heroines who joyfully play, and the fierce and turbulent wrathful deities and wrathful goddesses. 【English Translation】 From the sphere of reality, arouse the commitment of your vows, Subdue the hateful enemies and The obstructing demons; with power and force, crush them into dust! Hūṃ! Assembly of Sugatas, deity who dances as the supreme horse, Perfect maṇḍala, acting in the boundaries, Eastern gate-guarding Vajra Krodha Mother, White, holding an iron hook in her hand. Southern gate-guarding Ratna Krodha Mother, Yellow, holding a binding rope in her hand. Western gate-guarding Padma Krodha Mother, Red, holding a binding chain in her hand. Northern gate-guarding Karma Krodha Mother, Green, holding an intoxicating bell in her hand. I prostrate and praise the four gate-guarding Krodha Mothers, I offer the samaya substances, medicine, alcohol, and torma offerings. From the invisible sphere, arouse the commitment of your vows, Repel enemies, demons, and obstacles from east, south, west, and north, Crush oath-breakers, wandering spirits, and elemental forces into dust! May you accomplish the activities of protection and boundaries! This is the root praise and exhortation of the great maṇḍala of glorious Hayagrīva, who subdues all arrogance; during the time of approach and accomplishment, it is performed with offerings of medicine, alcohol, and torma at the end of the recitation. During the time of subjugation and repulsion, if this praise and exhortation is emphasized before each, the activity will be quickly accomplished, so it is extremely important. These are the profound instructions given by the Abbot of Oddiyana, Padmasambhava, to King Trisong Detsen, and are part of the great empowerment approach and accomplishment. Gya Gya Gya! Athī!
