Om Ah Hum Hrih (藏文：ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ओम् आः हूँ ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：Om Ah Hum Hrih，Essence seed syllables of body, speech, and mind). Indestructible essence, constant and unchanging, the nature of Yungdrung (藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་，漢語字面意思：Swastika). Residing in the great bliss wheel, Emanation of the ocean of Buddhas, Amitabha (藏文：འོད་དཔག་མེད།，梵文：Amitābha，漢語字面意思：Immeasurable Light). I pray to the lord of longevity, the protector. Lord of the lotus family, Embodiment of the compassion of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Buddhas of the ten directions and the thousand Buddhas, Power and blessings gathered in the ocean of merit. I pray to the Vidyadhara Chakravartin. Whom he has taken as his own, the son born from his heart. Inheriting the lineage of the holy ones through the Dharma of scripture and realization. The retinue of the yogi Dorje Tshewang Norbu. I pray to the kind Guru. Bestowing the stream of ripening empowerments, the treasure of liberating instructions. Perfectly granting liberation, The guide of beings, the incomparable kindness. I pray to the root Guru whom I remember. Chief of all the Yidam mandalas, Conventional and ultimate, the immortal Vajra life. Granting unchanging accomplishments, Amitayus (藏文：ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།，梵文：Amitāyus，漢語字面意思：Immeasurable Life). I pray to the white-clad swift heroes and heroines. Clearing away obstacles to life and accomplishing activities. Brahma, Indra, the four directional guardian kings. The gods who protect me and the white Dharma protectors. I pray to the ocean of oath-bound beings. Thus, to the Guru and deity of the longevity mandala. Through the blessings of praying with one-pointedness. May I and others in all lifetimes. Be rich in the noble qualities of the seven noble riches. Obtain the leisure and endowment, and rely on a virtuous friend.

【English Translation】 Guarded by vows. With the three trainings pure and the Mahayana paths and grounds, May I swiftly attain all qualities, perfecting great abilities. Perfect in both aims, the sacred abode of the victorious ones. Subduing the four Maras, the immortal Vajra body. Possessing six perfections, the glory of limitless beings. Transcending samsara and nirvana, the state of the Tathagatas. May I be established in the state of the Great Bliss Protector. Thus, this supplication for the lineage of the immortal Vajra knot, the instruction of immeasurable life and wisdom, called 'Indestructible Purity Accomplished,' was written by Zhalu Gelong Dorje Dzinpa Rinchen Jampal Chodar, urged repeatedly. Rigdzin Tsewang Norbu, in the Iron Monkey year, on the tenth day of the waxing moon of the month of miracles, in the center of Klolam Karnak, at the neck of the Everlasting Jewel Island, in the hermitage of meditation practice, Immortal Yungdrung Khilwa.
