Then, assimilate and conceal the longevity, and bestow extensive auspicious blessings. Subsequent rituals proceed as usual. Such a profound longevity practice, if practiced for three weeks for one's own benefit, one will attain the Vidyādhara (knowledge holder) of longevity. If practiced for one week, it will pacify obstacles to life and prolong life. If for the benefit of others, by bestowing the longevity empowerment, even those whose lives are exhausted can live for another three years, and if repeated many times, one will attain the Vidyādhara of longevity. The profound Dharma of Great Perfection is: The essence of the heart-essence of Kunsang (Samantabhadra, 普賢), this branch of longevity practice, is an extremely profound unwritten instruction, personally transmitted by Vairotsana, for the benefit of future generations, in a distant place, the treasure was extracted in Yonpo Lung, to be discovered in the future by one's own reincarnation, the reincarnation of the supreme accomplished king, the treasure revealer will obtain his accomplishment, practice will pacify obstacles to life, and obtain enjoyment like the treasures of the earth. Single transmission, secret! Samaya! Secret! Secret! Secret! This was brought forth by Guru's nephew, Khyung Thog, from the neck of a rock resembling a Garuda in distant Yonpo Lung.
