【English Translation】 Countless extensive, intermediate, and concise methods of practice for Yopai Tsepakme (Amitayus) were hidden as treasures. Now, individual treasure revealers are extracting their respective treasures to benefit beings. This particular practice arises from the profound treasure of the great vidyadhara Taksham Nuden Dorje (Garuda Vajra), which is the empowerment into the mandala of the secret compilation of the essence of union, the Tsedrup (long life practice). As explained in both the Greater and Lesser Vehicles, this requires the convergence of both pure inner and outer conditions. In brief, the Dharmakaya is Amitabha (Infinite Light), the Sambhogakaya is Tsepakme (Amitayus), and the Nirmanakaya is Orgyen Padmasambhava (Lotus Born), down to the root guru. The unbroken lineage of blessings from the guru to their disciples, the undiminished flow of the four great empowerments, and the unerring key points of practice for the three mandalas are the pure inner conditions. For such a long life empowerment, having unwavering faith in the unbroken lineage of long life vidyadhara gurus, the aspiration to eliminate obstacles to life and attain Buddhahood after receiving empowerment in the long life mandala, and the devotional faith in the inseparability of the guru and Tsepakme, these three faiths are the pure outer conditions. Thus, when both pure inner and outer conditions are met, in order to request the long life empowerment from the guru, please repeat the following: 'Kye ma lama Tsepakme! For the benefit of myself and all beings, to liberate us from untimely death, today, may the guru bestow upon me the immortal, unchanging vajra life!' (Recite three times). Third, in the presence of Tsepakme, with the intention of taking refuge and generating bodhicitta until enlightenment for oneself and others, please repeat the following: 'Amitayus, the embodiment of all Buddhas! 【English Translation】 kYiH Hé Ru Ka dPal TsHé dPag Mé d (Heruka, glorious Amitayus), 'I' am you, do not transgress my command. You must not break this command that I have given. Samaya (pledge), idamte narakaNa (this is hell), is the commitment of the vidyadhara mantra. Hand over the blindfold. The second main point is explained in eight aspects. The first is the descent of wisdom. Sprinkle cleansing water and purify it with svabhava (emptiness). From emptiness, visualize the students as Amitayus, with a red body, one face, and two arms in meditative equipoise, holding a vase filled with immortal nectar and wisdom. Seated in vajra posture, adorned with marks and signs, decorated with jewels and various silks, the three places are marked with three syllables. Light radiates from the hearts of all the deities in the self and front mandala, shining in all ten directions, especially to the Western Pure Land of Sukhavati. 【English Translation】 and the broken, scattered things, the essence and purity of the elements earth, water, fire, wind, and space, the life, glory, merit, and radiance of all sentient beings, and all the compassion and blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, all gathered in the form of ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ནྲྀ་ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: अनृ हुं，Romanized Sanskrit: anri hum, Literal meaning: stainless hum), converging and dissolving into myself and the assembly of deities before me. Everyone, with the sound of the immortal life mantra 'ti ri ri,' receive the empowerment. 【English Translation】 ར་བྱ༔ བཛྲ་ཙཀྵུཿ པྲ་ཝེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔ (ra byaḥ, vajra cakṣuḥ pra ve śa ya phaṭ) Through this, purify the defilements of karmic imprints and ignorance, and generate joy to directly see the mandala and deities of Amitayus (Tshe dpag med). May he bless to obtain the accomplishment of life like the unchanging Yungdrung (卍, Swastika), the indestructible Vajra, the imperishable Victory Banner, the clear Sun and Moon, and the wish-fulfilling Jewel.
