In the degenerate age of the degenerate teachings, when the borders are frayed and the center collapses, without protectors; When the sacred Dharma is abandoned and strife arises, when the Sangha is divided and the teaching monasteries decline; When one neglects the essence of Dharma and its practice, at that time, connect with fortunate individuals; And the longevity of virtuous kings, this profound, even more profound; Essence of the instructions, engrave it in your heart. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! 【現代漢語翻譯】 雙運之次第：融入金剛寶之明點中，如柱子壓住柱基一般，清凈之二端融入於心間。 此乃不變堅固之中脈，語誦命之啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ， 意為：大悲心）字，若能守護命之二要點不散亂，則壽命如金剛磐石般堅固。于黎明時分，在未與雜念混淆之際，即開始修習。若具此修持之善男子，除非前業已盡，否則，暫時的壽命障礙，無法帶來非時之死。此乃壽命之鏈條中，所擷取的精華明點。對於壽命與魂魄遊離之恐懼，若具此訣竅，則無有障礙。憑藉往昔之強大願力，此地之正法將弘揚光大，少數具緣者亦將成熟解脫。蓮師我與藏地之諸多寂靜處，皆已加持。尤其在吉祥之匝日神山，將開啟密咒之大海宮殿。此後不久，現今之君臣大部分，必將聚集於藏地中心之寺廟與扎布聖地。此等口訣及諸多伏藏，皆已埋藏，切莫遺忘，銘記於心。薩瑪雅！嘉嘉嘉！封印！深封印！秘密封印！伏藏封印！埋藏封印！
【English Translation】 The method of dual practice: Merge into the bindu of Vajraratna (Diamond Jewel), Just as a pillar presses down on its base, the two ends of purity merge into the heart. This is the unchanging and stable central channel. Recite the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ， meaning: great compassion) syllable of life. If you guard the two key points of life without distraction, then life will be as strong as a vajra rock. At dawn, when not mixed with distractions, begin to practice. If a virtuous son possesses this practice, unless previous karma is exhausted, temporary life obstacles will not bring untimely death. This is the essence of the life lineage, the essential bindu extracted from it. For fear of life and wandering spirits, if you have this instruction, there will be no obstacles. By the power of past aspirations, the true Dharma will flourish in this land, and a few fortunate ones will also mature and be liberated. Padmasambhava and many secluded places in Tibet have blessed this. Especially in the auspicious Tsari mountain, the palace of the ocean of secret mantras will be opened. Soon after, most of the current rulers and subjects will surely gather in the central temple of Tibet and the Tragru sacred site. These instructions and many treasures have been hidden.
