【現代漢語翻譯】 རལ་བ།（ral ba，髮辮）སྐྱེ་འཆི་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ།（skye 'chi med pa rdo rje'i sku，無生無死的金剛身） འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ།（'chi med tshe yi dngos grub stsol，賜予無死長壽的成就） ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ།（Om Ah Ayu jnana tshe bhram hum，嗡 阿 壽命 智慧 長壽 種子字 吽） 如是這般，通過具足訣竅的次第修持，一切成就事業即能一時圓滿。薩瑪雅！印！ 化身大伏藏師鄔金秋吉德欽林巴，從多康南喀措（mDo khams nam mkha' mdzod）南方玉巴扎（gYu 'bar brag）取出之黃紙經卷。蓮花舞自在智無邊（pad+ma gar dbang blo gros mtha' yas）於事業調伏自在勝地旺熱山（ri bo dbang zhu）之心髓月形自在洞（zla gam dbang gi phug pa）中，記錄成文。吉祥增上！
【English Translation】 Ralwa. The Vajra body without birth and death. Grant the siddhi of immortal life. Om Ah Ayu jnana tshe bhram hum. Thus, by accomplishing the stages of practice with the essential instructions, all attainments and activities will be fulfilled at once. Samaya! Seal! The great emanation treasure revealer Orgyen Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, extracted it from the yellow scroll from the southern side of Yubar Drak in Dokham Namkha Dzö. Padma Garwang Lodrö Thaye (蓮花舞自在智無邊) wrote this down in the heart essence, the moon-shaped Wang gi Phukpa (自在洞), the supreme place of activity, taming and subduing, at Riwo Wangzhu (旺熱山).
