【English Translation】 Please accept with delight and grant supreme and common siddhis! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Shrī Heruka Saparivāra Mahā Māṃsa Rakta Kiṃnīriti Pūjā Samaya Ho! Medicine Offering: Hūṃ! To the complete assembly of peaceful and wrathful Sugatas, I offer the medicine made from eight roots and thousands of mixtures. In order to generate the stainless great bliss wisdom, please accept with delight and grant supreme and common siddhis! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Shrī Heruka Saparivāra Mahā Pañca Amṛta Khāhi! Nectar Drop Offering: To the all-pervading Samantabhadra (Kun-zang), the five families of peaceful and wrathful deities, the great sovereign mothers of Vajra, Dharma, and Karma, the eight great glorious accomplished vidyādharas, I offer the medicine offering, please grant supreme and common siddhis! Mahā Pañca Amṛta Khāhi! To the combined essence of all Sugatas, Padmākara (Padma) Skull Garland Power, the nine lineages of transmission, Samantabhadra Great Bliss Land, the secret-holding Smug-nag, the sovereign Ḍākinīs, I offer the medicine offering, please grant supreme and common siddhis! Mahā Pañca Amṛta Khāhi! To the seven lineages of transmission, Padma Sutra Tantra Land, the root and lineage lamas, the deities of the eight commands, the Ḍākinīs of the three places, the Dharma protectors bound by oath, I offer the medicine offering, please grant supreme and common siddhis! Mahā Pañca Amṛta Khāhi! Receiving Siddhi: Kāya Siddhi Oṃ! Vāk Siddhi Ā! Citta Siddhi Hūṃ! Reciting these, make the mudrā of the sun and moon with the thumb and forefinger, take the nectar and touch the three places. Sarva Siddhi Phala Ho! Recite and partake. Torma Offering: Hūṃ! To the complete assembly of peaceful and wrathful Sugatas, I offer the extraordinary torma. In order to generate the stainless great bliss wisdom, please accept with delight and grant supreme and common siddhis! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Shrī Heruka Saparivāra Mahā Baliṃta Khāhi! Blood Offering: Hūṃ! To the complete assembly of peaceful and wrathful Sugatas, I offer the blood of subdued evil. In order to generate the stainless great bliss wisdom, please accept with delight and grant supreme and common siddhis! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Shrī Heruka Saparivāra Mahā Rakta Khāhi! Jagad: Hūṃ! To the complete assembly of peaceful and wrathful Sugatas, I offer the essence of the Jagad heroes. In order to generate the stainless great bliss wisdom, please accept with delight and grant supreme and common siddhis! Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Shrī Heruka Saparivāra Mahā Jagad Khāhi!
