It is a supplement to the profound activities of one's own tradition. Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! After remembering the difficulty of finding leisure and endowment, impermanence, and death, visualize in the sky in front of you the qualified lama inseparable from the mandala of Yeshe Rabbar (Wisdom Flame), and take refuge with sincere devotion from the depths of your heart. Hum Hrih! Teacher, you are the manifestation of the pinnacle of wisdom, please consider me! Protector, you show the way to great enlightenment, I beseech you! Grant me the sequence of vows and the mind of enlightenment! Grant me the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha! Please lead me, Protector, into the supreme city of great liberation! Namo! I and limitless sentient beings take refuge in the powerful lotus! Please destroy the suffering of the lower realms! Please reverse the wheel of samsara! The field of refuge radiates greatly with the splendor of compassion, and with knowledge and love, look upon the object of generating the mind of enlightenment. In order to attain the state of wrathful power for all beings who have not been our mothers, I arise as the wrathful form myself and strive for the benefit of beings. Thus, from the lama and yidam who are inseparable, taking the vows of mantra: Vajra Master, who delights in the play of wisdom, please consider me! From this time until enlightenment, I will not abandon the Three Jewels! In the vows of the Vajra family, the mudra of the vajra bell and the mind of enlightenment should not be abandoned! In the supreme vows of the precious Ratna family, give the four kinds of generosity constantly, six times each day! In the pure vows of the Padma family, explain the three vows of outer, inner, and secret, the three vehicles, and the dharmas! 【English Translation】 Subduing the earth, raising up those whose breath has not ceased, leading sentient beings towards Nirvana. Samaya (vow). Receiving from the mandala of the Guru of the Path Empowerment: Hrīḥ (seed syllable). The refuge deities transform into the Guru's body, the Buddhas of the ten directions, the deities of the Tantra mandala. Holding the essence of all scriptures of Sutras and Tantras, I supplicate the Guru who possesses the lineage and gathers all families. Grant the accomplishment of maturation, liberation, and complete realization. With the three-syllable light of the mandala that gathers all families, May the power of blessing dissolve into my three doors. Having obtained the vase empowerment, secret empowerment, and wisdom empowerment, may it completely dissolve into me, obtaining the word empowerment. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (body, speech, and mind). Holding the vows of liberation on this very path: Hūṃ Hrīḥ (seed syllable). Transforming oneself into the blazing wisdom of the father and mother, without interruption by conceptual signs, stimulating the power of the secret mantra of speech's coming and going. Whatever arises in the mind is self-liberated, without distraction, carrying the generation and completion stages indistinguishably into the path. Thus, through the power of carrying profound aspirations into the path by means of mantra vows, maturation, liberation, and the two stages, may the obscurations of seeing, hearing, remembering, touching, and going be pacified, and may all beings be led to the pure land of great bliss.
