【現代漢語翻譯】 大寶伏藏TD375，成就者心髓，口訣金剛句。 清凈顯現成就者心髓，修法根本。 諦！成就者心髓，口訣金剛句。 皈敬能仁金剛持，普賢如來，智慧空行母，上師。 賜予觀修、行果之口耳傳承心髓。 薩瑪雅！ 具信欲得菩提者，應如法依止殊勝上師。 以成熟和清凈誓言，以前行、正行、後行修持。 薩瑪雅！ 首先前往寂靜處，放下內外一切事務。 身語意三安住于本然，一心祈禱，投入實修。 強制將心轉向佛法，爲了引導走向增上生和決定勝。 生起對業果取捨的決斷，此乃共同前行。 皈依、祈請，受持菩提心，懺悔罪墮，積累二資糧。 以虔誠和瑜伽為核心，此乃不共前行。 修習身體脈、氣之空性，區分內外輪迴與涅槃。 調柔身口意三門，消除昏沉和掉舉，此乃特殊前行。 觀待法性為空性，顯現法相為無自性緣起。 了知雙運無愿，此乃中觀大見。 于自住三身之狀態中放鬆，修持四過自解脫之體驗。 獲得四身自然顯現之確信，此乃大手印之禪修。 將顯現與心識視為如幻，修習生起次第、唸誦、氣和明點。 於四種表示中勤奮修持禁行，此乃平等大行。 拙火暖樂如幻顯現，修習光明體驗和夢瑜伽。 于臨終中陰不修而解脫，此乃遷識頗瓦大法。 通過控制門、境、氣、明，增長四相之智慧。 證悟征相、證量，遠離斷證，此乃大圓滿之果。 于座間結束時，以迴向和發願印持，于座間休息時，增長正行之體驗。 將修持推向極致，成辦二利，此乃口訣之後行次第。 薩瑪雅！ 此以黃金書寫，僅是讀誦和佩戴，也能從七世中解脫。 如法修持更不必說，此乃五種加持之精華。 交付于化身之子，封印！ 經、續、口訣之甚深精髓，具緣者得遇。

The Quintessence of the Great Accomplished One's Mind Drop: Vajra Verses of Instructions Pure Vision Accomplished One's Mind Drop: Root Instructions DHIH! From the Mind Drop of the Great Accomplished One: Vajra Verses of Instructions I prostrate to the Powerful Sage, Vajradhara (Vajra Holder), Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra, the All-Good), the Wisdom Dakinis (Sky Dancers), and the Lamas (Gurus). Grant the heart essence of the oral transmission of view, meditation, action, and result. Samaya! Those with faith who desire to attain enlightenment should rely on the holy Lama in the proper way. Through maturation and pure samaya (vows), practice the preliminary, main, and concluding practices. Samaya! First, go to a solitary place, abandon all outer and inner activities. Settle the three doors (body, speech, and mind) into their natural state, pray with one-pointedness, and engage in the meaning. Forcefully urge the mind towards Dharma, in order to guide it towards higher realms and definite goodness. Generate renunciation by determining what to accept and reject regarding karma and its results. This is the common preliminary practice. Take refuge, pray, and hold the two aspects of bodhichitta (enlightenment mind), purify negativities and downfalls, and accumulate the two accumulations (of merit and wisdom). Make devotion and yoga the essence. This is the uncommon preliminary practice. Meditate on the emptiness of the body's channels and winds, differentiate between outer and inner samsara (cyclic existence) and nirvana (liberation). Tame the three doors, eliminate dullness and agitation. This is the special preliminary practice. View the nature of reality as emptiness, the appearance of phenomena as interdependent origination without inherent existence. Understand the union as without aspiration. This is the Great Madhyamaka (Middle Way) view. Relax in the state of the three natural kayas (bodies), cultivate the experience of self-liberation from the four faults. Gain confidence in the self-arising of the four kayas. This is the Great Seal (Mahamudra) meditation. Cut appearances and mind as illusion, purify generation stage, recitation, winds, and bindus (drops). Diligently practice asceticism by repeating the four symbols. This is the Great Equality action. Tummo (inner heat) warmth and bliss arise as illusion, purify the experience of clear light and dream yoga. Liberate at the moment of death and in the bardo (intermediate state) without meditating. This is the Great Transference method. By controlling the doors, objects, winds, and awareness, increase the wisdom of the four visions. Manifest signs and measures, free from abandonment and attainment. This is the Great Perfection result. At the end of the session, seal with dedication and aspiration, during the breaks between sessions, increase the experience of the main practice. Push the practice to the limit, accomplish the two benefits (for oneself and others). This is the concluding sequence of instructions. Samaya! This, written in gold, even by reading and wearing it around the neck, will liberate from seven lifetimes. What need is there to mention practicing it properly? This is the essence of the five empowerments. Entrust it to the incarnate son, seal! The profound essence of sutra, tantra, and instructions, may those with fortune encounter it.
