From the Great Accomplished One's Heart Drop, dwells the Immortal Essence of Longevity Practice. To the Great Immortal Vidyādhara, who has purified the clinging to birth and death, I pay homage. If you wish to attain that state, on a seat in a secluded place, arrange a longevity arrow, a vase, pills, longevity wine, and a torma offering. First perform the preliminary activities, straighten your posture, and open the recitation session after the praise. A! In your heart, Padmasambhava, the wisdom being, radiant with white and red light, holding a vajra skull cup. In the center of his heart, in the expanse of a net of five lights, in the union of the sun and moon, is the syllable HRĪḤ. Surrounded by a garland of the root mantra. Light radiates and gathers, collecting the longevity essence of existence and peace. From dissolving into the central channel of union, the immortal wisdom vajra life is accomplished.
