I pray to fulfill the intentions of the omniscient, stainless light. It was at the sacred site of Gangri Tökar (Snow Mountain White Skull), a garden of radiant clouds, where the second Victor, Drimé Özer (stainless light rays), spread the lion's roar of the Great Perfection, complete in three sections, throughout the cool, snowy lands. It was during the great offering on the night of the red-sided Ḍākinī gathering in the later earth month of the Wood Monkey year, appearing clearly in a luminous state, composed spontaneously.
