【English Translation】 Upon a lotus, sun, and moon cushion, visualize the Vidyadhara (持明咒者) Tshewang Norbu (采旺諾布), reddish-brown in color, elegant in posture, blazing with splendor. He wears a fire-colored Mekhala (披肩) on his upper body, white shamthab (裙褲) on his lower body, and a red blouse (法衣). He wears a lotus-shaped hat that blooms upwards. His right hand holds a golden vajra (金剛杵) at his heart, and his left hand in the meditation mudra holds a kapala (顱碗) filled with amrita (甘露). His two feet rest in a half-lotus position. Above him, on a lotus, sun, and moon cushion, visualize Padma Dechen Lingpa (蓮花大樂洲) and others according to the tradition.
