In the pure realm of Great Bliss in the West, In the palace of a thousand various lotuses, I pray to the Protector Amitayus (Tsepakme, ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་, Devanāgarī: अमिताभ, Amitābha, Infinite Life), Bless me to attain the immortal longevity empowerment. In the pure realm of the utterly pure Dharmadhatu, In the spontaneously accomplished palace of clear light, I pray to the five victorious ones, lords of longevity, Bless me to attain the unchanging five kayas. In the supreme place of the Potala Mountain in the East, In the spontaneously arising, unchanging palace, I pray to the Protector Avalokiteśvara (Chenrezig, སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས, Devanāgarī: अवलोकितेश्वर, Avalokiteśvara, The one who looks down with compassion), Bless me to attain the unchanging state of birth and death. On the summit of the Copper-Colored Glorious Mountain of Ngayab, In the palace of the Lotus Light palace, I pray to the Rigdzin Tötreng Tsal (Rigdzin Thötreng Tsal, རིག་འཛིན་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ།, Vidyadhara Garland of Skulls Power), Bless me to attain the vidyadhara of longevity. In the main temple of Samye Monastery, spontaneously accomplished, In the mandala of Arya Palo, I pray to the five great accomplished masters, lord and subjects, Bless me to perfect the longevity practice. In the sacred places of all realms and directions, In the palace where appearances are liberated in their own place, I pray to the Dharma King Ratna Lingpa, Bless me to transfer the blessings of your heart stream. For the disciples, the entrusted teachings spread in the ten directions, In the palace that subdues existence and peace, I pray to the Dharma Prince Tsewang Drakpa, Bless me to receive the blessings of the lineage. By seeing, hearing, and remembering, may I attain the supreme siddhi, In the palace of the profound Dharma, new and old secret mantras, I pray to the lineage of sons and the lineage of students, Bless me to spread the teachings of secret mantra. In an instant of remembrance, guide me to the path of enlightenment, On the seat of the sun and moon lotus on the crown of my head, I pray to the kind root guru, Bless me to accomplish the two benefits, for myself and others. In the mandala of the purification of my own body's channels and elements, I pray to the assembly of peaceful and wrathful yidams, Bless me to unite skillful means and wisdom. In the mandala of the strict command and samaya, I pray to the protectors, dakinis, and dharma protectors, Bless me to dispel unfavorable conditions and obstacles. In the pure palace of unbiased appearances, I pray to the spiritual friends and dharma companions, Bless me to master pure perception without bias. 【現代漢語翻譯】 以大恭敬祈請， 請慈悲加持具緣的我。 愿我修持菩提無有障礙， 愿宿業、橫禍等對壽命有損的， 疾病、邪魔、障礙全部平息， 愿壽命和修行達到圓滿。 請具足慈悲者們加持。 祈願上師身體安康， 祈願上師長久住世， 祈願事業興盛廣大， 祈願我們永不分離，請加持。 此《長壽引導金剛鬘》之祈請文，是師徒五人從黃紙上取出，結合前後次第，於火虎年由當措·桑旦（དངོས་གྲུབ་བསམ་གཏན། ）中的ra tna gling pa（རཏྣ་གླིང་པ། 蓮花生洲）記錄下來。吉祥！
【English Translation】 I pray with great reverence, Please bless me, the fortunate one. May there be no obstacles in my practice of Bodhi, May all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles that harm life, such as past karma and sudden misfortunes, Be completely pacified, and may life and practice reach perfection. Please bless us, you who possess compassion. I pray for the good health of the Lama, I pray for the supreme long life of the Lama, I pray for the flourishing and expansion of activities, Please bless us to be forever inseparable. This prayer of 'The Vajra Garland of Longevity Guidance' was taken from the yellow paper by the five disciples and combined with the preceding and following sequences. It was recorded by Ratna Gling Pa in the year of the Fire Tiger. May it be auspicious!
