【現代漢語翻譯】 藥供長壽深法，喬嶺七甚深三根本 頂禮無量壽怙主，殊勝大悲藏，蓮生金剛大樂自在女王，壇城自在四身之自性。奉獻藥供，祈賜長壽灌頂成就。赤松德贊（Khri srong lde'u btsan，吐蕃王朝的著名贊普）乃持明者天子，取藏者轉輪王，殊勝秋吉林巴（mChog gyur gling pa，偉大的伏藏師），甚深秘密之主，正法之車。奉獻藥供，祈賜長壽灌頂成就。具緣法主，持有傳承之教規，降下成熟解脫之雨，根本上師至尊，利益眾生之怙主，恩德無與倫比。奉獻藥供，祈賜長壽灌頂成就。馬頭明王，金剛瑜伽母，四部空行勇士及化身等，顯空雙運大樂壇城。奉獻藥供，祈賜長壽灌頂成就。象鼻財神，金剛明點舞，大威力傲慢五部眾及眷屬等，三續部之誓言者，護持教言及伏藏者。奉獻藥供，祈賜長壽灌頂成就。 薩瓦 奔雜 阿彌利達 卡讓 卡嘿 (Sarba panca amrita kham khahi， सर्व पंचामृत खं खाहि，sarva pañcāmṛta khaṃ khāhi，一切五甘露，空，食)。 此乃遵照袞珠仁波切（dBon sprul rin po che）之諭，由 ഗുണ（guna）作為侍者所書。

I offer this medicine offering, please grant the empowerment of longevity and accomplishment. Trisong Detsen (Khri srong lde'u btsan), the son of the gods, holder of the vows, Tertön Chakgyur Lingpa (mChog gyur gling pa), the supreme wheel-turner, the master of profound secrets, the chariot of Dharma. I offer this medicine offering, please grant the empowerment of longevity and accomplishment. Fortunate Dharma Lord, holder of the lineage's precepts, raining down ripening and liberation, Root Guru, the Lord, protector of beings, whose kindness is unparalleled. I offer this medicine offering, please grant the empowerment of longevity and accomplishment. Hayagriva, Vajrayogini, the heroes and dakinis of the four families, and all emanations, the Great Bliss mandala of appearance and emptiness united. I offer this medicine offering, please grant the empowerment of longevity and accomplishment. Ganapati, Vajra Thigle's dance, the mighty, arrogant five classes and their retinues, the oath-bound ones of the three lineages, protectors of the teachings and treasures.
