Blessing Descent. From the Profound Dharma, the Heart Drop of the Vidyadharas, comes the 'Blessing Descent, Shower of Accomplishments'. Homage to the Three Roots! Within the Profound Dharma, the Heart Drop of the Vidyadharas, the order of the Blessing Descent is taught: Whatever activity or action is undertaken, this itself is of great importance. Samaya. To the neck of a three-jointed bamboo arrow, attach a silken pennant; Burn a mixture of gugul incense, hair, and nails; Play music, and wave the arrow-banner; Speak these words in a melodious voice: Hrih! From the vast expanse of the Dharmadhatu, the realm of the Victorious Ones; From the tent of swirling rainbows and light rays; From the symbolic transmission, the root and lineage of the oral transmission; May the Vidyadhara Lamas bestow their blessings! From the realm of Ogmin Dorje Ying (Akasha Dhatu); The Five Sugata families, the peaceful and wrathful deities, both inner and outer; And the assembly of Yidam deities of the Nine Vehicles; May they bestow the blessings of supreme and common accomplishments! From the twenty-four sacred sites, places, and charnel grounds; The heroes, dakinis, ging, and langka; And the Dharma protectors, upholders of the teachings, and the ocean of oath-bound ones; May they bestow the blessings to accomplish the four activities! Root and lineage Lamas, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas; Yidams, dakinis, Dharma protectors, together with their retinues; Arising from the boundless realms of the ten directions; With compassion, bestow empowerment and blessings! Offerings of outer, inner, and secret aspects of existence and peace; Homage to the inexpressible, pure, and vast expanse! May the deities of pure, self-arisen awareness; Without distraction, come here and bestow empowerment and blessings! Bestow blessings and splendor upon this place; Pour essence into this Tsok (gathering) and enjoyment; Upon this substance that gathers all the qualities of existence and peace; Pour forth a great rain of life essence, power, and accomplishments! Even by merely touching, tasting, or seeing this; May all beings dissolve into a stainless, clear light body; May auspiciousness and well-being abound in all places; I beseech you to bestow now the blessings and power; That accomplish all supreme and common attainments! Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Thotreng Tsal Deva Dakini Sarva Siddhi Pala Hum Ah! Thus, the blessings are bestowed. Signs of arrival are bliss, clarity, and the arising of realization; Experiences surge, signs are given, and songs are sung; Dancing, swaying, and speaking secret symbolic language; The three doors transform, and the places and houses; Are filled with blessings and blazing with splendor.
